Building Your Network Marketing Business Online ?C Three Key Elements

Author: Angela Wills
Building a successful network marketing business on the internet isn't as difficult as you may think. Let me suggest that there are three key elements that you will need to really build an effective and successful business online.

Being successful means different things to different people, so by successful here I mean a business that is profitable by whichever terms you choose it to be!

It is also important that you balance retail sales with team building to be very successful in this industry. There is no real business without sales. Building a team of JUST team builders will not work, just as building a team of all retail sales will not grow the business to it's maximum potential.

Here are three key elements that will get your business up and producing leads in no time:

Element #1Personal Website

There is no way you should be doing business online without a personal website that tells people who you are and why they should do business with you. This website is also a place where you can collect information on the visitors that you can use to build your business.

If you have no experience building websites there are many ways to go about getting your business online:

- Hire a web designerthis may cost anywhere from $200 - $500 depending on who you choose. I design websites for my team members for under $100. This may be an option if you have upline with web design skills.

- Build it yourselfthere are a few programs you can use to build a website yourself or you could do html coding. This way is not recommended unless you have a bit of time to play around and figure out the ins and outs of web design. Programs can be in the few hundred dollars or more range each.

- Use a template serviceyou can find web hosts that will offer template webpages that do not require you to have an special skills. One such program is Make an Easy Website Builder (do a search and you will find it online) that costs around $19/month.

Element #2Autoresponder Program

It is extremely unlikely that someone visiting your website for the very first time will sign up on your team on the spot. That is why it is so important to collect their information and then use a program to automatically send them out info on a regular basis.

Can you imagine having 100 people on your list and then trying to keep track of who you have contacted and which message you've sent them? This whole process is automated with an autoresponder program. You write up a pre-determined set of ordered messages that then are sent out in the order you determined and in the time frame you decided. It is like you are continually 'dripping' information on your prospects!

The autoresponder program I use costs me $19.95/month and is worth every penny.

Element #3Company Website

Many companies will offer you a personalized company website and some even have it set up with online ordering so that you can refer your customers directly to the site.

This website is a very important tool that you should use often. You need to become very familiar with the website and be able to refer your prospects to a page when it is needed. If you are permitted, it is also a great idea to have links to your products, commission plan, company story and of course sign up page right from your personal site.

Once you have these three key elements set up you are going to be ready to start promoting your website, collecting information and building your business! Don't forget that just because you are on the internet that doesn't mean that you don't need to follow up. Make phone calls, send email and get in front of your prospect so that they know about your business and can make an informed decision about the products and business.
